Refund policy

• Return Window: You may return your order within 10 days from the date of purchase.

• Proof of Purchase:A valid original invoice issued by ASR Family Mart is required to process any return or refund. Additionally, customers must provide an unboxing video of the product to avoid any disputes or confusion. Please note that edited or paused videos will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, your refund may take anywhere from 24 hours to 15 business days to be processed, depending on the nature of the return and payment method used.
